Published Personal Information

The names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, researcher identifiers, biographies, and contact details expressly intended for publication may appear with a published article or on the journal website.

The corresponding author’s email address may be published when this is disclosed to and accepted by the author. Information that is not necessary for scholarly attribution will not ordinarily be made public.

Once bibliographic information has become part of the scholarly record, its removal may be restricted to preserve the integrity of that record. Corrections may be made when the information is inaccurate or unlawfully processed.

Confidentiality of Manuscripts and Reviews

Submitted manuscripts shall be treated as confidential documents. Access is limited to editors, assigned reviewers, authorised journal personnel, and service providers who require access for legitimate publication purposes.

Because IJLSIG applies a double-blind peer-review process, the journal will make reasonable efforts to prevent disclosure of the identities of authors and reviewers during review.

Reviewer identities and confidential review reports will not be disclosed without authorisation, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary for the investigation of publication misconduct.
